Kontel d.o.o. acts as a renewable projects hub connecting investors, SPV owners, and developers across South-East Europe. 

Kontel is an independent technical and business consulting and brokerage company, active in the countries of Southeast Europe. We connect renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects (mainly photovoltaic and wind power plants) with reliable investors and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction )  partners. We provide project owners with expert support in technology, regulation, and implementation, as well as advice on structuring SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicle)  to ensure full ownership clarity and risk management 

Management

• Dr. Branislav Popović — university education and long-standing experience in the ICT sector. He has led research and development, production, as well as market and business expansion. He brings extensive expertise in managing large-scale ICT projects. He has advised on strategic management of organizations across different industries and countries. In recent years, his focus has been on the development of renewable energy projects, smart infrastructure, and IoT.
  Focus: technologies and partner network.

• Janez Sajovic — university education and extensive experience in IT and media systems. He has held senior positions in major manufacturing companies and national media organizations. He has broad experience in market development. Recently, he has been focusing on connecting project initiatives with investors and EPC contractors in the field of renewable energy and smart infrastructure.
  Focus: markets and relations with project developers and investors.
